How is posting to this news server "testing our traffic"??
Whoever is doing this is posting from at least three hosts, each of the
three "identities" I see have a different IP belonging to a different
ISP, all in Kazakhstan. One (user2?) is on a block for KCell
"GPRS/EDGE/3G/WiMAX Subscribers", another is in a FTTB block of "2DAY
Telecom", a third one on Altel (which, with KCell, appears to be owned
by Kazakhtelecom.)

That said, if this really *is* a connectivity test (even if in the wrong
place), at this point there's no need for further testing, is there?

Well, as long as 'they' are actually seeing these posts ..... no need
what-so-ever! ;-(

And thanks for determining where these 'tests' are coming from!! So diverse!
