On Windows 7—10, my SeaMonkey cache folder is inside:

C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\SeaMonkey\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default

while the profile folder is at:

C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\SeaMonkey\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default


The location will vary with your OS (Operating System).
